Regarding Personal Data of the JSC Sever Official Website Users

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that JSC Sever can obtain about the User during the use of the company\'s Internet site (website) with the domain name https://icearenamsk.ru/.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual (subject of personal data).

1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed, whether or not by automated means, upon personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, adaptation (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission (dissemination or otherwise making available), depersonalization, blocking, erasure or destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Personal Data Confidentiality" means the mandatory requirement to be fulfilled by the Operator or any other person with access to personal data prescribing to prevent the dissemination of the latter without the consent of the subject of personal data or the availability of any other legal basis.

1.1.5. "User of the Company\'s Website" (hereinafter referred to as "User") means a person having access to the Site via the Internet and using the Site.

1.1.6. "Company\'s Website" means the official site of JSC Sever in the Internet with the domain name https://icearenamsk.ru/

1.1.7. "Cookies" means small pieces of data sent by the web server and stored on the user\'s computer, which the web client or web browser sends each time to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding website.

1.1.8. "IP-address" means a unique network address of the node in the IP-based computer network.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. By using the Company\'s Website, the User accepts this Privacy Policy and the terms of the User\'s personal data processing.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User shall stop using the Company\'s Website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Company\'s Website. JSC Sever shall not control the third-party sites which the User can access by following the links available on the Company\'s Website and shall not bear responsibility for them.

2.4. The Website Administration shall not verify the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the Company\'s Website User.

3. SUBJECT OF PRICACY POLICY')

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration regarding the non-disclosure and protection of the Confidentiality of the Personal Data provided by the User upon request of the Website Administration by sending a message through the feedback form.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (the browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-dissemination, except as provided for in Section 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER

4.1. The Website Administration may use Personal Data of the User for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User.

4.1.2. Establishment of feedback with the User.

4.1.3. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.4. Providing the User with service updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Company, upon the User\'s consent.

4.1.5. Sending promotional newsletters, upon the User\'s consent.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.1. The User's Personal Data Processing shall be carried out without time limit, in any legal way, including in information personal data systems, whether or not by automated means

5.2. The User's Personal Data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Website Administration shall inform the User about the loss or disclosure of Personal Data.

5.4. The Website Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s Personal Data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.5. The Website Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User\'s Personal Data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

6.1. The User shall:

6.1.1. Provide the information about Personal Data required to use the Company\'s Website.

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about Personal Data in the event of a change in this information

6.2. The Website Administration shall:

6.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Keep the confidential information in secret, abstain from disclosing it without the prior written permission of the User, and from selling, exchanging, publishing, or disclosing the transferred User\'s Personal Data in any other possible way, except as otherwise provided for in paragraph 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the User’s Personal Data Confidentiality in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect this type of information in the existing business conduct.

6.2.4. Block the Personal Data related to the corresponding User, from the moment of the request by the User, the User\'s legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data, for the period of verification, in case unreliable Personal Data or illegal actions are detected.

7. LIABILITY OF PARTIES

7.1. If the Website Administration fails to fulfil its obligations, it shall be liable for the losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of Personal Data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as otherwise provided for in paragraphs. 5.2, 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Website Administration shall not bear responsibility if these Personal Data:

7.2.1. Became accessible to the public before their loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Had been obtained from a third party before they were received by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. Were disclosed upon the User\'s consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit over a dispute arising from the relationship between the User of the Company\'s Website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the claim assessment results in writing within 30 calendar days from the claim receipt date.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1. The Website Administration shall have the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User\'s consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided for by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
